This dialogue is displayed by pressing the Add Brothers button on the Brothers dialogue. Use this dialogue to add brothers to the current assignment. All of the brothers who have already been used on different types of assignment are listed on the left. The brothers who have already been assigned to this particular assignment are listed on the right.
The first way to add brothers to the Assigned Brothers list is by selecting all the brothers that you would like to assign from the list on the left. Then you press the Assign button and the selected brothers will move across to the assigned brothers list on the right. You can also double-click a brother to transfer him to the list on the right.
A second way is by pressing the Import button. This is disabled if Public Talks is not installed on your computer. When pressed, Meeting Schedule Assistant examines the Public Talks database and imports all of the names held in the database for:
Local congregation speakers
Only the names that have not already been assigned will get imported. They will be added to the list on the left. They are now available for you to assign as required.
If the brother you would like to add has never been used before, then you must press the New Brother button to display the Add Brother dialogue. Use this dialogue to specify the brothers name and he will then get added to the list of assigned brothers.
Note: The changes you make are not permanent. In order for your changes to be saved, you must then press OK on the Brother Data dialogue. Up until you click OK you will be able to undo any of your actions by clicking Undo.
