PTImporter  3.02

This program was originally provided to me by Brother Schullo as a VBA macro.  I have now re-written it as a Microsoft Outlook Addin.  It installs a new toolbar into Microsoft Outlook that allows you to import talk schedule information directly from the Public Talks database into the Microsoft Outlook calendar.  You can then use Microsoft Outlook to synchronize the calendar information with a Palm or Pocket PC (optional).

You can also import all your public talk speakers and coordinators directly from the database into Microsoft Outlook as contacts.  Since the memo fields can potentially hold anything, if you find that the addin needs updating to accommodate your needs, just ask me.  If there is a place to hold the information in Outlook, then we can do it.

I would like to stress that I am not responsible for any misuse of this utility.  Please respect the data protection act in your country and only hold the appropriate information that you are allowed to.
