The speaker popup (or context) menu can be displayed from several places in the program:
Create
assignment
This menu option is only available when the popup
menu is displayed from within the Talk Request
List. This feature has been provided as a convenient
shortcut to creating (or updating) a home talk assignment. You are
presented with this dialogue:
The dialogue is very simple to use. Use the date calendar to to select when the home talk assignment is to be held. Existing assignments are indicated in bold text. All the details are displayed as indicated.
Click the OK button when you are ready to proceed. The program then confirms the brother's availability and runs any necessary duplication checks (just like on the regular Home Talk Entry dialogue).
Future
assignments
Lists up to ten pending assignments for
the given speaker from today’s date.
Past
assignments
Lists up to ten past assignments in the
database for the given speaker from today’s date.
The congregation is also displayed if the speaker is from your local congregation.
