I am pleased to announce that there is a new version of Meeting Schedule Assistant now available.
The changes in this edition will be particularly useful to you if:
- You are a Monthly Workbook volunteer or
- You are using a language that does not provide monthly workbook data.
There is now a new Reset feature on the Student Assignment Material window:
This feature has been added to make it easier for you to populate the assignments for each week. A small popup menu is displayed when you click the button:
Select the week that you want to start populating material for and then all the controls on the window will be reset to a prefixed set of defaults.
The default settings that we have used have been determined by reviewing several workbooks. Full details about what the default settings are can be found in the help topic.
It is hoped that this feature will make things easier for you if you are a volunteer or have to enter the material yourself.
