Built-in Reports
The Report Viewer includes three built-in reports that determine how attendance data is grouped and averaged:
- Averages by Month
This report displays all attendance figures for the selected month and calculates separate averages for each meeting within that month. - Averages by Period
This report summarizes attendance totals for each month across the selected period and calculates one combined average per meeting for the entire period. - Trends Chart
This report provides a visual timeline of attendance across the selected period. It features an interactive line graph where you can hover over data points to see specific figures.
These reports use the date range and formatting options defined in the Setup window.
Select Year
Use the Select Year drop-down list to choose the starting year for the report period.
- The selected year determines the calendar year in which the report begins.
- This works together with Starting Month and No. of months to define the full reporting range.
Starting Month
The Starting Month drop-down allows you to select the first month of the reporting period.
- The report will begin on the first day of the selected month.
- The final date is calculated automatically based on the number of months selected.
No. of Months
Use No. of months to specify how long the reporting period should be.
- You can type a value directly or use the up/down arrows.
- The reporting period will extend forward from the selected year and starting month.
- Example:
- Starting Month: January
- No. of months: 12
- Result: A full calendar year report.
Date Format
The Date Format section controls how dates are displayed in the report output.
Use Custom Date
When Use Custom Date is checked, you can define your own date format string.
- Enter a format string using standard date format specifiers.
- Example:

This produces dates such as:
