Available Export Formats

Meeting schedules can be exported in the following formats:

💡S-89 x1|x4 Data: Use these export formats if you want to use third-party software (e.g. PDF-XChange Editor) to create individual S-89 slips in bulk. See the help topic S-89 Assignment Slip Data for more information about exporting slip data.

iCalendar (ICS)

HTML

All built-in schedule templates can be exported directly to HTML. If you are using a custom or modified template, additional configuration may be required. See the Exporting to HTML help topic for more information.

PDF

Exports the schedule as a PDF file. PDF output is controlled using the PDF Settings in Common Features.

💡 You can also generate a PDF using print preview to visually check the layout before exporting.

The official S-89 Assignment Slip PDF template files available in the JW.ORG login area can be used by exporting S-89 Data to a text file and processing it with third-party software to generate assignment slips in bulk. See the Exporting S-89 Data help topic for more information.
