Edit student assignments

Use the Edit student assignments button to display the Students window.

This window uses a tab control to manage assignments for each audience — for example, Main Hall and Auxiliary Classrooms. Select the appropriate tab to view or edit the student assignments for that audience.

The publishers listed here are those who have Assistant / Student - Discussion / Student - Talk assignments in the Publishers Database.

Assigning Students

Student assignments are populated in the same way as the Bible Reading assignment:

  • Click the symbol to open the Student Selector window.
  • Choose the student or assistant.
  • The Study # is automatically filled in from the Student Material information.

Student Items Without Assistants

The following student items do not have an assistant:

  • Talk
  • Explain Your Beliefs (Talk)

Auxiliary classrooms will appear as additional tabs when they are available for that week.

Viewing Assignment Information

Click the information symbol to see the type and material for the selected student item.
