Sharing the Worksheet with the Chairman and Counsellors
This guide explains how to share the worksheet with the Chairman and Auxiliary Classroom Counsellors. You can export the worksheet as a PDF for quick reference or as an HTML file that preserves all interactive features.

Option 1: Export as PDF

Steps
- Make sure all your notes are saved.
- Select Print from the File menu or right‑click context menu.
- Choose Save as PDF as the destination.
- Name the file and save it.
- Email or share the PDF with the Chairman or Counsellors.
Recipient Needs
- Any standard PDF viewer (built into most devices)
Option 2: Export as HTML (Full Interactive Version)
Steps
Step 1 — Export the HTML file
Go to File → Export → HTML in the Meeting Editor.
Choose a name and a folder for the exported file.
Step 2 — Open the source folder
You need two supporting files (CSS and JS) from the worksheet’s source folder.

To open the folder:
- Right‑click the worksheet in the editor
- Select Open File Location
This opens the folder containing the source files.
Step 3 — Copy the required files
From the source folder, copy:
- Worksheet-New-Look.css
- worksheet-editor.js
Step 4 — Place the files together
Paste both files into the same folder where you saved the exported HTML file.
Step 5 — Create a ZIP package
Select all three files (HTML, CSS, JS) and compress them into a ZIP folder.
Step 6 — Share with the recipient
Send the ZIP folder to the Chairman or Counsellors.
Step 7 — Instructions for the recipient
Tell the recipient to:
- Extract all files into the same folder
- Open the .html file in a modern browser

Important Note
When recipients use the HTML version, their notes are stored locally on their own device. Nothing is shared or uploaded.
