This guide explains how to open and use the worksheet you have received.
Which Version Did You Receive?
PDF Version
- File extension: .pdf
- How to open: Double‑click the file; it will open in your browser or PDF reader
- Features: Read‑only — you can view the worksheet but cannot edit or add notes
HTML Version (Interactive)
If you received the interactive version, you will have three files, or a ZIP folder containing them:
- Worksheet.html (or similar name)
- Worksheet-New-Look.css
- worksheet-editor.js
How to open the interactive version
- If you received a ZIP file, extract all files into one folder.
- Make sure all three files are together in the same folder.
- Double‑click the .html file to open it in your browser.
Features
- Full interactive worksheet
- Edit buttons for taking notes
- Rich text editor (bold, italic, lists, etc.)
- Storage Manager for reviewing or deleting notes
Using the Interactive Version
Taking Notes

Figure 65: The Edit button appears in each notes section. Click it to open the rich text editor.
- Each section has an Edit button.
- Click it to open the rich text editor.
- Format your notes using the toolbar.
- Click Save to store your notes locally on your device.
Managing Notes

- Click the Storage Manager button to view or manage your notes.
- Notes are grouped by meeting date.
- You can delete individual notes, all notes for a meeting date, or all notes entirely.
- All notes stay on your device only — nothing is uploaded or shared.
Printing
- Press Ctrl + P to print or save as PDF.
- Edit buttons are automatically hidden when printing.
- Your saved notes remain visible in the printed version.
Requirements
- A modern browser: Chrome, Edge, or Firefox
- JavaScript enabled (normally enabled by default)
