If you are downloading an updated version of SoundRota, you can install it in the same folder as the existing program. All settings won't be overwritten. You are welcome to make a backup of the program settings first (see File menu) which is always good practice!

Requirements
Sound Rota uses a Visual Basic DLL to automate Microsoft Outlook and send your schedule data (whether from within one of the editors or from a saved report document) to the Microsoft Outlook calendar. Thus there are a few requirements that must be met for this utility to operate:
The utility requires Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or higher to be installed on your computer. The installer would have tried to determine if this software was required and should have offered to download it from the Microsoft website. So if you encounter problems, then please check to see that you have Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or higher installed.
At this point in time you must have Microsoft Outlook version XP / 2002 or higher installed for this utility to import data into the calendar. An error message will be displayed if you are using Microsoft Outlook 2000 or older.
Users of Windows 95 / 95 / ME can download and install SoundRota 3.08 which was the last version of the program built to run on these older operating systems.
