Sem dúvidas o melhor software que existe para nos ajudar a organizar as designações da reunião Nossa Vida e Ministério Cristão. Fácil e intuitivo, esse software nos permite ter um histórico completo das designações e um fácil gerenciamento com apenas alguns cliques do mouse.

Além disso, recebe atualizações constantes de acordo com as novidades que são apresentadas pela organização de Jeová.

I have assisted with arranging Public Talks for our Congregation on and off for over 20 years and have used this program since I started. I like being able to look back and see how many times we have had a specific talk, by who and when. The program offers great flexibility and easy export options. I do believe that this is the best program for this role currently available. The hard work that is put in to maintaining and improving the program is very much appreciated. A real labour of love!

I use Meeting Schedule Assistant for the mid-week meeting. I include Video/Audio and Zoom attendant. I’ve used it for more than 10 years and have recommended the software to others. The software has always been reliable, it is updated on a regular basis, and I’ve had very few issues with it. Usually the issue is with me and my ignorance. (lol) You’ve been very helpful when I’ve had to reach out for assistance.

Especially found Meeting Schedule Assistant a big help and have used it for several years now, have started to use Public Talks as well. Thanks!

I keep these apps updated mainly for others at present. That could change in the not too far distant future since being appointed to the local body of elders.
