SoundRota 2009

Current Version: 9.2.0

SoundRota is designed to help you create a simple report for the various assignments at the Kingdom Hall. You can specify which brothers to use for:

bulletSound Console
bulletPlatform / Stage
bulletPlatform Microphone
bulletMicrophone Handlers
bulletAttendants

You can add your own types of assignments into the program making the schedules fully customizable.  For example, you might like to add a column listing those on duty for Hall Cleaning, or someone responsible for Locking of the Kingdom Hall after meetings, or who is to care for Kingdom Hall car park security etc..   One of the key features in SoundRota is that you can populate your schedules automatically.

It does not stop there!  SoundRota also includes a comprehensive Service Meeting Schedule editor.

The Congregation Bible Study meeting can be effortlessly catered for and included on the schedule.

Please note, Service Meeting schedules can NOT be automatically populated with names.

This editor has an associated Announcement Sheet editor.

Do you use a PDA hand held device? Then you might be interested in the SoundRota Microsoft Add-in feature.  This can be selected during the program installation.  It creates a new toolbar inside Microsoft Outlook and lets you import saved Sound Rota Schedules into the calendar.  You can then use relevant software to synchronize this information to your handheld device.  I don't personally have a hand held device, but I am told this add-in is working correctly.  I welcome your feedback about this utility.

There are other features to SoundRota that make it a useful program to use, like personalized schedules for each person amongst other things.  The help file included with the program provides full details about these features.  The program can also be run directly from inside the Public Talks program (from the Tools menu) if you also have that installed.
