I am pleased to announce that there is a new version of Meeting Schedule Assistant now available.
What’s New
A few minor improvements have been made for the benefit of those who use the Foreign-Language Group feature in the software. These changes were made as a result of this discussion the Support Forum.
For example, the Lookup button has been updated on the Publishers Database window.
- Clicking the button directly will display Congregation history.
- Clicking the drop-down arrow will display a popup menu where you can choose Congregation or Foreign-Language Group.
The Lookup feature on the Student Picker window has also been updated in a similar way. The only difference is that it will automatically choose the correct history information to use. This is based on the active Foreign-Language Group setting in the Midweek Editor.
These changes will assist those of you who are planning for a foreign language-group meetings.

You can still download the last supported version of Meeting Schedule Assistant (which was 23.1.0) from here. But this version is no longer maintained. You are encouraged to use version 23.1.1 or higher.
Setup the software to update automatically or upgrade by using the Check for Update feature from the Help menu.
