I am pleased to announce that there is a new version of Meeting Schedule Assistant now available.
What’s New
Several refinements have been made in this latest version of the software.
- The Google Calendar Sync tool was causing some errors on a repeated basis. The way the tool works how now been simplified and improved.
- The Google Calendar Sync pop-up Error Log window was not resizing correctly.
- The Foreign-Language Group mode was not working correctly for Pidgin (West Africa).
There was a minor adjustment in the Meeting Workbook (beginning January – February 2021) in some languages where Digging for Spiritual Gems has been simplified to Spiritual Gems.

Updating this translation from Digging for Spiritual Gems is a work in progress.
A new S-89 11/20 Student Assignment Slip was released a few days ago. Some minor changes were need in the software and you will need request updated template files from me.
S-89 11/20 Templates
I am preparing new templates as and when I receive the new official PDF from brothers. You can still go ahead and upgrade the software as the editor will continue to work with the existing versions of the slips. Get the latest status information about these new templates for each language in the Support Forum.
You might be wondering why the Midweek Editor still includes obsolete Student Item descriptions, like:
- First Return Visit
- Second Return Visit
- Third Return Visit
These will remain in the editor until all S-89 templates have been updated.

You can still download the last supported version of Meeting Schedule Assistant (which was 23.1.0) from here. But this version is no longer maintained. You are encouraged to use version 23.1.1 or higher.
Setup the software to update automatically or upgrade by using the Check for Update feature from the Help menu.
