Meeting Schedule Assistant Logo

I am pleased to announce that there is a new version of Meeting Schedule Assistant now available.

What’s New

The latest version addresses a couple of issues with the Midweek Editor:

Swapping Assignments

There was an issue with the Swap Assignment feature. Sometimes it would show incorrect date information in the popup confirmation window. This has now been resolved.

Foreign Language Groups

A couple of issues were raised in the support forum about how the Discussion with Video assignments were being synchronised with the online calendars. These issues have now been resolved.

New Templates

We have been working on a new custom template for one of our users. Details follow.

Availability Report

This is a new report that is designed to display the latest availability for all individuals assignments on the schedule. You can find the discussion in the support forum which also includes extra details about how you can customize the report.

Make sure that the Custom tab is selected in the Midweek Editor if you want to use this report.

Click the button below to download the ZIP archive which you can then install from within the Midweek Editor.

Note that this report only checks the Midweek assignments but it could be extended to include the Weekend assignments.
