What’s New
This version includes bug fixes, new features and a new partial translation. Read on to find out more.
Bug Fixes
Several bugs were brought to my attention and these have now been resolved. 👍
- Changing the default Report Title using the Headings window was broken.
- Inserting portrait images for the Circuit Assembly special event would cause the application to crash.
Improvements
The Midweek Editor now compares any Special Event information held in the MWB data file against the same events held in the Special Events Manager. The MWB data file will be updated to match.
Bethel Speaker Service Talk
From time to time a congregation has the privilege of a Bethel Speaker Visit. Under normal circumstances they would visit the congregation and spend time with them in the ministry and at the meetings over the weekend. In some circumstances these visits have been done remotely via videoconference.
A new Special Event (Bethel Speaker Service Talk) has been added to the Special Events Manager for this purpose. The Bethel Speaker Service Talk button becomes visible when you select this event. Clicking the button will display a new popup window for you to provide extra information to display on the schedule.
As a minimum you will need to keyin:
- Chairman
- Speaker
- Theme
The rest of the assignments are optional and will be omitted from the schedule.
The Workbook-S-140-PublicTalk-WatchtowerStudy-ServiceTalk-Videoconference standard template has been updated to display this new event.

Here is an example of how these events look like on the schedule when you use the customized Workbook-S-140-PublicTalk-WatchtowerStudy-ServiceTalk-Videoconference template (supplied with the installer).

Partial Translation — Cibemba
I am pleased to announce that Cibemba (WWW.JW.ORG) has been added to the list of partial translations. This language will support Monthly Workbook Data.

You can still download the last supported version of Meeting Schedule Assistant (which was 23.1.0) from here. But this version is no longer maintained. You are encouraged to use version 23.1.1 or higher.
Setup the software to update automatically or upgrade by using the Check for Update feature from the Help menu.
