Student Assignment Slip Template
Up until now it has only been possible to create S-89 Slips using the Slips view in the Midweek Editor. Under normal circumstances that was sufficient.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic and having our meetings via Videoconference it meant that the above process was no longer practical. Some users were screen-capturing each slip and then sending it by email to each Publisher but it was a bit fiddly.
We decided to try and help make the process of sending student assignments to publishers by email easier and as a result we came up with two new custom templates.
You can find full details about how to use these new templates by reading the Sending S-89 Student Slips by Email help topic.
This is what the alternative assignment slips look like:
- The first version of the template simply displays the slips which you can then manually select and paste into an email.
- The second version of the template includes a button that you can use to automatically copy the slip to the clipboard in HTML format.
Most languages have now been updated by our translators (thank you brothers!) with the exception of a few.
Please read the help topic for full details about using these new custom templates and we welcome your feedback.
